Super-fit Me is a way to get and keep yourself fit and healthy. To change how you look at life now and in years to come.

Super-fit Me can be part of one or a combination of the following:

  • 1:1 Personal Training
  • 1:2 Personal Training
  • Outdoor group bootcamps
  • Outdoor fitness
  • Circuits
  • Total Body Conditioning
  • Nutritional Analysis

Each 1:1 personal training session is £40, 1:2 personal training sessions are £50.

Classes excluding Super-fit Mum and London Bootcamp are booked in advance 10 classes for £60 or 5 classes for £35.

Monday's 11.30-12.15

  • Total Body Conditioning - Emmanuel Church

Thursday's 19.30-20.30

  • Super-Fit Saturdays - Lowndes Park
