Super-fit Me is a way to get and keep yourself fit and healthy. To change how you look at life now and in years to come.
Super-fit Me can be part of one or a combination of the following:
- 1:1 Personal Training
- 1:2 Personal Training
- Outdoor group bootcamps
- Outdoor fitness
- Total Body Conditioning
- Nutritional Analysis
Each 1:1 personal training session is £40, 1:2 personal training sessions are £50.
Classes excluding Super-fit Mum and London Bootcamp are booked in advance 10 classes for £60 or 5 classes for £35.
